SSC Stenographer 2025 Educational Qualification

  • The minimum Educational Qualification required by a candidate is to be at least a 12th pass from a recognized Board or University. He / She must be able to produce the required documents when asked for verification after qualifying SSC Stenographer 2025 Exam.

SSC Stenographer 2025 Age limit

  • SSC Stenographer Grade C: A candidate must lie in the age domain of 18-30 years to be eligible for SSC Stenographer 2025 Grade C Exam. The candidates born not before 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2007 are eligible to apply.

SSC JHT 2025  Age limit

  • For the post of Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF: The crucial date for determining the age-limit shall be the closing date for the receipt of application from candidates . The age limit for the post is 18-30 years as on closing date of receipt of online application, i.e., candidates born not before 25-06-1995 and not later than 26-06-2007.
  • For all other posts: The crucial date for age reckoning is fixed as 01-08-2025 in accordance with the provisions of DoP&T OM No. 140l7/70/87-Estt.(RR) dated 14-07-1988. The age limits for other posts are: 18 to 30 years as on 01-08-2025, i.e., candidates born not before 02-08-1995 and not later than 01-08-2007 are eligible to apply.

SSC JHT 2025 Application Fee

  • The application fee is ₹100/-. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.   • The examination will consist of two papers. Paper-I will consist of Objective Type Multiple choice questions only. Based on the marks scored in the Paper-I; i.e., Computer Based Examination, candidates will be shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Paper-II (Descriptive Paper).

SSC MTS Scheme of Examination 2023

  • Paper-1 is an online exam that is an objective multiple choice question type.
  • Paper-2 is a pen and paper mode of examination that includes writing a short essay or letter in English or any language is included in the VIII Schedule of the Constitution. 
  • Paper-II will only be of qualifying nature and is intended to test elementary language skills. Paper-II will be held only for those candidates who meet the cut-off prescribed by the Commission in Paper-I for different categories.
  • Paper-II is only qualifying in nature. However, marks scored by the candidates in Paper-II will be used to decide merit in case more than one candidate score equal normalized marks in Paper-I.

SSC MTS 2023 Paper Pattern

  • Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer:
    • Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
    • Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics. 
    • During the period of probation direct recruits shall have to qualify the “Subordinate Audit/ Accounts Service Examination” in respective branches for confirmation and regular appointment as Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer.
  • Junior Statistical Officer:

  • Paper-II: Translation and Essay: This paper will contain two passages for translation - one passage for translation from Hindi to English and one passage for translation from English to Hindi, and an Essay each in Hindi and English, to test the candidates‟ translation skills and their ability to write as well as comprehend the two languages correctly, precisely and effectively. The level of the paper will be consistent with the educational qualifications prescribed.
