Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- academic qualifications as specified in the annexure-l or annexure-lI obtained from any of the University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India;
- possess at least three years teaching experience as Junior Resident / Registrar / Demonstrator or Tutor in the concerned Subject and one-year senior resident in the concerned subject as specified in the Annexures at recognized / approved / permitted Medical college as prescribed below:
- for the Candidate possessing MD or MS or DNB degree in the Subject as specified in the Annexures from Medical Council of India recognised Medical College or Institute and have three years teaching experience in the Concerned Subject as Junior Resident in a MCI recognised Medical Colleges attached Medical Hospitals or Institute in the concerned subject and one year teaching experience as Senior Resident after obtaining MD or MS or DNB degree in the concerned subject in a Medial Council of India recognised Government Medical College, attached Medical Hospitals or Institute.
- for the Candidate possessing DNB degree in the Subject as specified in the Annexure-I from other than Medical Council of India recognised Medical College or Institute and have three years teaching experience as Junior Resident in a recognised Government Medical Colleges attached Medical Hospitals or Institute in the concerned subjects after obtaining DNB degree and one year teaching experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in recognised Government Medical Colleges attached Medical Hospitals or Institute.
- for the Candidate possessing MBBS with M.Sc. (Medical) or M.Sc. with Ph.D. or M.Sc. with D.Sc. degree in the subject specified in the Annexure-I shall have three years teaching experience as Junior Resident / Registrar / Demonstrator or Tutor in the concerned subject in a recognised Government Medical Colleges attached Medical Hospitals or Institute and one year teaching experience as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognised Government Medical Colleges attached Medical Hospitals or Institute.
- for the Candidate possessing MDS degree in any dental subject, shall have three years teaching experience as Junior Resident / Registrar / Demonstrator or Tutor in dentistry department in a Medical Council of India recognised Medical College or Institute and one year teaching experience as Senior Resident in dentistry department/dentistry subject in a Medical Council of India recognised Medical College attached Medical Hospitals or Institute.

Age limit
- Not be more than 43 years. Age will be considered as on last date of online application
Application Fee
- Candidates of General (Unreserved) category have to pay Rs.100/- + applicable postal charges as Application Fees, while Candidates belonging to reserved categories and Economically Weaker Section of Unreserved category of Gujarat State, Ex-serviceman and physically disabled candidates have not to pay application fees. While candidates of reserved category of other states have to pay application fee.
