SSC Recruitment 2022
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade “C” (Group B- Non-Gazetted) and Stenographer Grade “D” (Group C- Non-Gazetted) on its official website. Along with SSC Steno Notification, the commission will release the link to apply for SSC Steno 2022. Interested candidates who possess the required eligibility criteria can apply for SSC Stenographer 2022 Recruitment before the last date which is 05 September 2022.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. (For more details, check the recruitment notification shared here).
Age limit
- Stenographer Grade - C: 18 to 30 years as on 01.01.2022, i.e., candidates born not before 02.01.1992 and not later than 01.01.2004 are eligible to apply.
- Stenographer Grade - D: 18 to 27 years as on 01.01.2022, i.e., Candidates born not before 02.01.1995 and not later than 01.01.2004 are eligible to apply.
Application fee
- Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only).
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected based on the Online Written Exam, Stenography Skill Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.

- Interested and Eligible Candidates can Applications are required to be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters, ssc.nic.in. The candidates must possess Essential Educational Qualification on or before the closing date for receipt of online applications.
