NIACL Assistant Education Qualification 2026

A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidate should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination as on 01.07.2026.
The Date of passing eligibility will be the date appearing on the marksheet or provisional certificate issued by the University/ Institute, In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/ Institute, a certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the University/ Institute indicating the date on which the result was posted on their website will be taken as the date of passing.
Knowledge of Reading, Writing and Speaking of Regional Language of the State / UT against the vacancies for which a candidate wishes to apply, is essential.
To ascertain the candidate‘s familiarity with the Regional Language of the State / UT, a Regional Language Test will be conducted before final selection.
Candidates not found to be proficient in the Regional Language Test would be disqualified.

Elimination Test (Objective T ype – MCQs) (100 Marks- One and Half Hours):

Question Paper of Elimination Test shall consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each of 1 Mark. For every wrong / multiple answer, there shall be Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks. Language of the Question Paper shall be English except Questions in Gujarati. Duration of the Elimination Test shall be One and Half Hours.

The Elimination Test may be conducted either at Ahmedabad or at any District place/places as may be decided by the High Court, depending upon the number of Candidates applying.
Candidates belonging to the Reserved Categories, i.e. SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, Differently Abled Persons [PH - only Orthopaedically disabled] and Ex-Servicemen, shall have to secure minimum 55% Marks and all the other Candidates shall have to secure minimum 60% Marks in the Elimination Test and only those qualifying, shall be called for the Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type).
Marks obtained in the Elimination Test (Objective Type – MCQs) will not be considered for determining the merits, for preparing the Final Merit List.
Evaluation of the OMR Sheets of the Elimination Test shall be evaluated on Computer, as per entries made in OMR Sheets. As the evaluation is done on the Computer by 'Scanning', thereby eliminating manual evaluation, 'Rechecking' or 'Inspection' of OMR Sheets, subsequent to Elimination Test, will not be entertained by the High Court. High Court reserves right to hold examination by any other mode also and if it so held, then also rechecking/re-evaluation request will not be entertained by the High Court.
In case, large number of Candidate qualify in the Elimination Test, it will be open for the High Court to restrict the number of Candidates as deemed necessary, according to Merit.

Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type) (60 Marks - 90 Minutes):

The Candidates who qualify in the Elimination Test (Objective TypeMCQs) will have to appear in the Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type) of 60 Marks (Duration : 90 Minutes). Language of the Question Paper shall be English. Answers to Questions may be given in English, if not instructed otherwise. Which would be conducted at Ahmedabad or at any other place(s) that may be decided by the High Court.

Airport Authority of India (AAI) has finally announced 53 posts for Senior Assistant. Eligible candidates of age Maximum 30 Yr. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Sr. Assistant (Official Language): Masters in Hindi with English as a subject at Graduation level OR Masters in English with Hindi as a subject at Graduation level OR Masters in any subject apart from Hindi/English from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at graduation level. OR Masters in any subject apart from Hindi/English from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as medium and compulsory/optional subjects or medium of examination at graduation level. Means if at graduation level Hindi is medium then English should be as compulsory/optional subject or if English is medium then Hindi should be as compulsory/optional subject. OR Graduation degree from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects or any one out of both as medium of examination and other as compulsory/optional subject along with recognized Diploma/Certificate course of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation or two years' experience of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation at Central/State Government offices including Government of India Undertakings or reputed organizations. Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi Typing. Experience: Two years (2) relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
Sr. Assistant (Finance): Graduate preferably B.Com. with computer training course of 3 to 6 months. Experience: Two years (2) relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
Sr. Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering Experience: Two years (2) relevant experience in the concerned discipline.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Development Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) in aggregate or possess equivalent qualification from a recognised University / Institution incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section-3 of UGC Act, 1956.
Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) in the aggregate OR Bachelor's Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) in the aggregate.
Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.

Between 21 and 35 years. (Candidates born not earlier than 02 September 1987 and not later than 01 September 2001 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.)

Selection Process

State-wise merit list will be prepared for final selection. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be added to preparing the final merit list for selection. Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added for preparing the final merit list.
