IRDA AM Recruitment 2023

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)  has begun online applications for the post of Assistant Manager on April 11. The deadline for the submission of the applictaion form is May 10. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website at www.ibps.in. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 45 vacancies for Assistant Managers (AM).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Actuarial: Graduation with minimum 60% marks and 7 papers passed IAI as per the 2019 curriculum.
  • Generalist: Graduation with minimum 60% marks. 
  • Research: Master’s Degree or 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics /Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics & Informatics with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • IT: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Information Technology / Computer Science/ Software Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks OR Master in Computers Application with minimum 60% marks OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks.
  • Law: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks.
  • Finance: Graduation with minimum 60 % marks & ACA /AICWA/ACMA/ACS/CFA

Age limit

  • Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 10.05.2023, i.e. candidates should have been born not earlier than 11.05.1993 and not later than 10.05.2002 (both days inclusive).

Application Fee

  • Candidates applying for the IRDAI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 will be required to pay an application fee based on their category. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the fee is set at Rs.100, while for all other categories, the fee is Rs. 750. This fee helps cover the cost of the recruitment process and ensures that candidates receive a fair and transparent evaluation.
