Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

  • Senior Manager: Post Graduate/ MFC/ MBA with 50% Marks from any recognized University. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric Standard.
  • Information Technology Officer: 50% marks/equivalent Grade in MCA/M.Sc. Information Technology from any recognized University. The candidate must have passed the Punjabi examination of the Matriculation standard.
  • Clerk-Cum-Data Entry Operator: Graduation (2nd Division) (any stream), Diploma/ Certificate (Minimum 6 months) in Computer from an Institute having ISO Certification. Should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard.
  • Steno-Typists: Graduation (2nd Division) (any stream).Punjabi and English Shorthand speed @ 80 w.p.m. and transcription @ 20 w.p.m. AND Should have passed the Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard.

Age limit

  • Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years.

Application Fee

  • Non-Refundable application fee Rs.1400/- for all categories other than SC. For SC candidates fee is Rs.700/-.

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based solely on the merit of the written test. There shall be no interview. There shall be Punjabi and English Shorthand skill tests for the post of steno-typists in addition to the written tests. The skill test will be a qualifying test only.

Age limit

Selection Process

  • One objective type test / (Multiple Choice Questions) of 150 Marks will be conducted. Merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in Objective Type Test / MCQ. Qualifying marks for test will be 40% for all candidates. No interview will be conducted.

ISRO Scientist / Engineer 'SC' Eligibility: 

  • Education Qualification: Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2017-18 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by 31/8/2018 and their aggregate is 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test. Candidates who apply for the post code No.BE009 will have to produce the Registration Certificate for having registered with the Council of Architecture, at the time of Interview, failing which he/she will not be allowed for interview.

IOCL Trade & Technician Apprentices Selection Process: 

  • The Selection process would consist of two stages i.e. written test. The Written Test will comprise of 100 questions and shall be of 90 minutes duration & would mainly comprise of objective type questions.. The questions would be in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi.
