Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956.
  • Have about 10 Years’ experience (Combined or separate) in the field of civil and Land related litigation & court matters after Graduation.
  • Have about 10 Years’ experience (Combined or separate) in the field of contract related court matters after Graduation. 

Selection Process

  • Candidates will have to appear for interview on their own expenses and no reimbursement would be done for the same.

This role includes managing board meetings, filing statutory documents, maintaining company records, advising on corporate laws, and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.
