  • For ₹60,000/- per month: Candidates need an MBA / PG Diploma in Management / MPA / MSW / Master's (First Class) in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Preferred skills for all Project Manager roles include:
    • Understanding of public administration frameworks.
    • Familiarity with state HRMS systems.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple departments/projects simultaneously.
    • Self-driven with minimal need for supervision.

SPIPA UPSC Personality Test

Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA) published an official notification for Candidates who have cleared Mains exam of the Civil Services Examination 2024 conducted by UPSC & qualified for UPSC CSE Personality Test.

The UPSC typically releases the notification for the Civil Services Personality Test after the results of the Civil Services Main Examination are declared. The Main Examination 2024 is scheduled to be held from September 2 to September 26, 2024, with results expected in January or February 2025.

UPSC દ્વારા લેવાયેલ સીવીલ સર્વિસીઝ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા 2024માં સફળ થયેલ ગુજરાતના ડોમિસાઈલ હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારોને સરકારશ્રીના પ્રવર્તમાન નિયમોનુસાર યુવક ઉમેદવારોને રૂ.25,000 અને યુવતી ઉમેદવારોને રૂ.30,000 પ્રોત્સાહન સ્પીપા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવશે. લાભાર્થીઓએ ઉક્ત સહાય મેળવવા સ્પીપાની વેબસાઈટ પર રાખેલ Form ભરીને આધાર પુરાવા સાથે સ્પીપા, અમદાવાદને તા.20-12-2024 થી તા.19-01-2025 સુધીમાં મોકલી આપવાનું રહેશે તેમજ Google Form ભરીને સબમિટ કરવાનું રહેશે. ઉક્ત સમયમર્યાદા બાદ મળેલ અરજી/રજૂઆતોને ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.
