SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates can check the SEBI Grade A educational qualification for General, Legal, Information Technology, Engineering, Research and Official Language Stream for notification.

Age limit (as on 30/09/2025)

  • Candidates interested in Assistant Manager (Grade-A) must note that their maximum age should not be more than 30 years. Candidate must have been born on or after October 01, 1995

SEBI Grade A 2025 Application Fee

  • While submitting the SEBI Grade A Application Form 2025, candidates have to pay an application fee/intimation charges to complete the application forms. The application fee will be paid online through credit/debit/UPI. 
    • Unreserved/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1000/- plus 18% GST
    • SC/ ST/ PwBD Rs. 100/- plus 18% GST

SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

  • The selection process for SEBI Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in three phases which are as follows-
    • Phase I will be an online screening examination consisting of two papers
    • Phase II will be an online examination consisting of two papers
    • Phase III will be a Personal Interview/Group Discussion

  • Experience as on: June 30, 2020: Deputation from Govt.(All  India / Central Civil Service Group  A),  RBI,  Banks,  Financial  Institutions,  with  not less  than  20 years  of  experience  in  dealing  with problems   relating   to   securities   market   or   special knowledge / experience of law, investigation, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Administration or any other Discipline considered useful to the Board

Age limit

  • Not less than 40 years and not more than 55 years as on June 30, 2020.

Selection Process

  • Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
