રહેઠાણ નો પુરાવો - આધારકાર્ડ / પાસપોર્ટ / વીજળી બિલ / પાણી બિલ /ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ / રેશન કાર્ડ / જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી કોઈ એક આધાર હોય તો, રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરારની જરૂર રહેતી નથી. જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી એક પણ આધાર ન હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરાર - ગુજરાત સ્ટેમ્પ એક્ટ ૧૯૫૮ મુજબ નોંધાયેલ ભાડાકરાર તથા સબંધિત પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં જમા કરાવ્યાના આધાર સાથેનો માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે. ફોટોગ્રાફ (પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ કલર ફોટોગ્રાફ)
વાલીની આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર (જુનો આવકનો દાખલો હોય તો મામલતદારશ્રી , તાલુકા વિકાસ અધીકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધીકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર માન્ય રહેશે. નવો આવકનો દાખલો માત્ર જનસેવા કેન્દ્ર નો જ માન્ય ગણાશે.(તા. ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૧૯ પછીનો) ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ ઈ ગ્રામ પંચાયતનો તલાટી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ તાજેતરનો (તા. ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ પછીનો) આવકનો દાખલો જ માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે.
બીપીએલ (૦ થી ૨૦ આંક સુધીની BPL કેટેગરીમાં આવતા વાલીએ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા નિયામકશ્રી, જિલ્લા ગ્રામ વિકાસ એજન્સીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે જ્યારે શહેર વિસ્તાર માટે મહાનગરપાલિકાના કિસ્સામાં નાયબ મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નર અથવા મહાનગર પાલિકાએ અધિકૃત કરેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં નગર પાલિકાના ચીફ ઓફિસરનો દાખલો અને નોટીફાઈડ વિસ્તારમાં મુખ્ય કારોબારી અધિકારી અથવા વહીવટી અધિકારીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે. જે શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં 0 થી ૨૦ આંક (સ્કોર) ધરાવતા બી.પી.એલ કેટેગરીના લાભાર્થીઓની યાદી ન હોય તેવા વિસ્તારમાં બી.પી.એલ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ લાભાર્થીએ જે-તે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું બી.પી.એલ યાદી નંબર વાળું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. BPL રેશનકાર્ડ BPL આધાર તરીકે માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.)

બાળમજૂર / સ્થળાંતરીત મજુરના બાળકો (જે તે જીલ્લાના લેબર અને રોજગાર વિભાગનું શ્રમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર)
સેરેબ્રલી પાલ્સી વાળા બાળકો (સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર)
ખાસ જરૂરિયાત વાળા બાળકો (દિવ્યાંગ) (સિવિલ સર્જન નું પ્રમાણપત્ર (લઘુતમ 40%))
(ART) એન્ટિ-રેટ્રોવાયરલ થેરેપીની સારવાર લેતા બાળકો (સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર)
શહીદ થયેલ જવાનના બાળકો (સંબંધિત ખાતાના સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો)
સંતાનમાં એક માત્ર દીકરી હોય તે કેટેગરી માટે (ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તલાટી કમ મંત્રીશ્રી, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે ચીફ ઓફિસર અને મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો એક માત્ર (સિંગલ ગર્લ ચાઈલ્ડ) હોવાનો દાખલો)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Only those candidates who are studying Class VIII during the Academic Session 2019 – 20 in one of the Govt./Govt. recognized schools of the district where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is functioning and where admission is sought, are eligible.
Candidate appearing for the admission test must qualify/ pass Class VIII in the academic session 2019 – 20 from a Govt./Govt. recognized school in the district where he/she is seeking admission.
A candidate seeking admission must be born between 01.05.2004 and 30.04.2008 (both days inclusive). This is applicable to all categories of candidates including those who belong to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe.

Selection Process

Selection in the selection test will not vest any right upon candidate to secure admission into JNV till the candidate produces all the relevant certificates such as birth certificate, pass certificate of VIII class with mark sheets, SC/ST certificate, if any, as prescribed by NVS for the admission.
Details of the marks obtained in the test will not be communicated and there is no provision for re-checking/re-totalling.
Candidates will be considered for the admission only into that Vidyalaya for which he/she has appeared for Selection Test.
At the time of admission, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs) Scheduled Tribes (STs) & Other Backward Classes (OBCs) categories will have to produce the required Scheduled Caste/Tribe or OBC Certificate issued by the competent authority.
In case of any dispute, the decision of NVS will be final and binding on the candidates.

NV 2020 Lateral Entry Exam Pattern for Class IX

Selection Test will consist of questions from the subjects of Mathematics, General Science, English and Hindi. Difficulty level of the test paper shall be of Class VIII.
Selection Test consist of subjects of Mathematics, General Science, English, and Hindi. The difficulty level of the test paper shall be of Class VIII.
Nature of the Selection Test:

English: 15 Marks
Hindi: 15 Marks
Maths: 35 Marks
Science: 35 Marks
Total: 100 Marks

Duration: 2 ½ hours (10:00 AM to 12:30 PM). However, in respect of candidates with special needs (Divyang), additional time of 30 minutes will be provided, subject.
The test will be of objective type with 2 ½ hours duration without any break.
Merit List will be announced as per the NVS selection criteria.
Exam Centre: Centre for examination will be in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya the district concerned/any other center allotted by NVS. If there is any change, the same will be indicated in the admit card.
Medium of Language: Both in English and Hindi.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification: The eligible candidates along with his /her parent/guardians may approach Common Service Centre along with duly filled in certificate from the Head Master of
School where the candidate is studying in Class V. (See details in official advertisement.)
Age limit: A candidate seeking admission must not have been born before 01/05/2005 and after 30/04/2009.
Application Fee: While education in the schools is free including boarding, lodging, uniforms and textbooks, a nominal fee of Rs. 600/- per month is collected from the students of Classes IX to XII only. In respect of ward of Govt. employees who are eligible for children education allowance, fee @ Rs.1500/- per month has to be paid.

Selection Process

Final selection will be based on written examination & Interview

JNVs Entrance Selection Test Pattern & Syllabus

The selection test will be of two-hour duration and will have 3 sections with only objective type questions. There are 100 questions in all of 100 marks. Each question carries one mark:

Mental ability Test: 50 Questions & 50 Marks (60 Minutes)
Arithmetic Test: 25 Questions & 25 Marks (30 Minutes)
Language Test: 25 Questions & 25 Marks (30 Minutes)
Total: 100 Questions & 100 Marks (2 Hours)

A single test booklet comprising of the 3 sections will be given to each candidate

Information for online application:

Online GUJCET registration system is proposed by GSHSEB, which allows the new applicant to register now online for GUJCET examination of current year in an acceptable and defined format & period from Education Board.
This online mode of registration is very simplified, easy to use, and straight forward which will reduce the cumbersome conventional paper application mode which demands bunch of papers from user and very tedious one for both user and approving department in turn.
Applicant has to register him/her self first. After completing registration with required details provided in registration form, s/he can save his/her data for future changes. While filling the registration form it is mandatory to fill all mandatory data & attach all required documents that are listed. Without these, system will not allow to save registration form. Once all final changes are done, s/he needs to submit his/her application. On this s/he would get an application number that will send to his/her mail address.
Further the user is provided the facility of printing only when his/her application is submitted.
During this process, s/he can change his/her password if s/he wishes to.
