IPPB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Deputy General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 years of experience, of which 5 years should be at the senior management level.
General Manager (Finance/CFO): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18 years of experience, of which 5 years should be at the senior management level
Assistant General Manager (Technology): B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/ Postgraduate in IT with 12 years of experience in IT vendor management in the banking/financial sector.
Senior Manager (Products & Solutions): MBA with 6 years of experience in retail/digital banking product management.
Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate (CA/CS/MBA preferred) with 18 years of experience, including 5 years in compliance/risk management.
Chief Operating Officer: Graduate with 18 years of operational experience in banking, NBFCs, or payment solutions, with a minimum of 10 years leading large teams.

IPPB Recruitment 2025 Age limit

Candidates’ age limit should be a Minimum of 32 years and a Maximum of 55 years.

IPPB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The IPPB Scale III, V, VI, VII vacancy Selection Procedure includes the following multiple stages:

IPPB Written Test Pattern 2025: It will be a Computer Online Test that includes MCQ questions from topics including Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning ability, English language skills, Banking awareness, and Professional knowledge (specific to the scale and role).
IPPB Group Discussion 2025: Shortlisted candidates will have to participate in a group discussion to check their communication skills and leadership experience.
IPPB Personal Interview: This is the final stage of the selection process which includes an interview panel. The candidate’s domain expertise, leadership skills, and suitability for the role will be assessed in this round.
IPPB Final Merit List: The finalized merit list will be created based on the overall scores of the written exam, Group Discussion, and personal interview.
