Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Sr. Manager – Plant: Should possess a minimum of 15 years relevant experience with a B. Tech. Metallurgy/Chemical/Mineral processing qualification with at least 60% marks. Or, a minimum of 12 years relevant experience with B. Tech. and M. Tech Metallurgy/Chemical/Mineral processing qualifications with at least 60% marks.
- Sr. Manager/Manager – Lab: Should possess a minimum 15/12 years of experience with a B. Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry qualification with at least 60% marks, along with strong analytical knowledge in Inorganic Chemistry. A candidate also has a minimum of 2 years experience in leading a NABL-accredited lab, with exposure to ISO standards will be preferred.
- Lab supervisor/Sr. Chemist: Should possess a minimum of 8 years experience with B. Sc./ M.Sc Chemistry qualification with at least 60% marks and knowledge of Inorganic Chemistry. A candidate with experience in Lab management will be preferred.
- Manager – Quality Plant: Should possess a minimum of 12 years relevant experience with B. Tech, Metallurgy/Chemical/Mineral processing qualification with at least 60% marks. Or, should possess a minimum of 9 years relevant experience with B. Tech. and M. Tech Metallurgy / Chemical/ Mineral processing qualifications with at least 60% marks
- Sr. Process Engineer (Assistant Manager): Should possess a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with B. Tech. Metallurgy/Chemical/Mineral processing qualification with at least 60% marks. Or, should possess a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in a Mineral processing plant, along with a B. Sc. qualification with at least 60% marks and knowledge of Crushing, Grinding, Froth flotation and Dewatering
- Mineral processing Engineer: Should possess a minimum of 57 years’ experience at Ore dressing laboratory with B. Tech, Mineral processing qualification with at least 60% marks. Applicant must have knowledge to set up an Ore dressing lab, and have experience in conducting laboratory trials for reagents and helping the processing plant in optimisation.
- Electrical Manager: Should possess a minimum of 12 years’ experience with B. Tech, Electrical qualification with at least 60% marks. Applicant must have relevant experience in leading the plant and mine for electrical and instrument requirements, and maintenance. Knowledge and experience of solar power projects will be an added advantage.
- Environment Manager: Should possess a B. Tech. (Environment) / M.Sc. (Environment) qualification with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the environment field. Candidate should also have exposure to all environmental laws in conjunction with requirements of mining and pollution control. Exposure to ISO standard requirements and implementation will be preferred.
- Safety Manager: possess a minimum of 8 years’ experience in relevant field, be well Should versed with Mining and Factory laws, and be either a Graduate or a Post Graduate. Applicant must be well versed with safety standards, applicable to mines and plants. Exposure to ISO standard requirements and implementation will be preferred.
- Program Manager: GMDC – GVT at Ahmedabad
Selection Process
- A Selection Committee will scrutinize the applications and short list the candidates based on merits. The short-listed candidates will be called for Interview (TA will be given as applicable to GSRC employees).
