State Bank of India (SBI) has released the recruitment notification for the post of Armourers (Reserved for Ex-servicemen /Ex-CAPF/AR only) and Control Room Operators in the Clerical Cadre (Reserved for Ex-servicemen/ State Fire Service Personnel/Ex-CAPF/AR. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Armourers: Minimum pass in class 10+2 exam or equivalent or armed forces special certificate equivalent to 10+2.
Control Room Operators: Pass in 10+2 examination with 50% marks or Armed Forces Special Certificate equivalent to class 10+2 or a Graduate Degree from a recognized University.

Age limit

The minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years and the maximum age of the candidates should be 45 years for the post of Armourer. For the post of Control Room Operators, the minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years and the maximum age should be 48 years for Ex-servicemen/ Ex-CAPF/AR and 35 years for State Fire Service Personnel.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be based on the merit drawn on the basis of marks obtained in computer based test (CBT) and interview round. CBT will be held in online mode, comprising 100 questions. Aspirants need to qualify both the stages to get recruited as Armourer and Control Room Operators.
