The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) SSC Selection Posts Phase IX 2021 notification has been released. This recruitment drive has been organised to fill 3,261 vacancies in the Commission. Candidates can apply till October 25, 2021 on the official website – ssc.nic.in. More details here. Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification (As on 01.08.2021)
- Candidates should be 10th passed or 12th passed or Graduate as per the requirement of the posts.
Age limit
- 18 to 23 years as on 01.08.2021. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1998 and later than 01.08.2003.
Application Fee
- Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only). Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
SSC Phase 9 Selection Process
- There will be three separate Computer Based Examinations consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice questions, for the posts with minimum Educational Qualification of Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & above levels.
SSC Selection Post Phase 9 Exam Pattern
- General Intelligence: 25 Questions | 50 Marks
- General Awareness: 25 Questions | 50 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill): 25 Questions | 50 Marks
- English Language
- (Basic Knowledge): 25 Questions | 50 Marks
- There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.

- Interested and Eligible Applications must be submitted in online mode at the official website of the Commission i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.
