Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Manager/Chief Manager – Placement Office: Post graduates or Masters in any of these fields (Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, and Education etc.) with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (may be in the areas of corporate work exposure - networking, corporate communications, career services, placement activities, etc.), of which about 8 years must be in an overall supervisory position
- Academic Associates: First class post graduate degree (2 years) in any discipline with minimum experience of 2 (two) years in the area like Business Policy, Management in Agriculture, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Production & Quantitative Methods, Public Systems and Educational Innovation.
- Honorary Medical Officer: The candidate must have MBBS degree from recognized Medical institution, approved by Indian Medical Council.
Age limit
- Manager/Chief Manager – Placement Office: Maximum 50 years as on the last date of application.
- Academic Associates: Preferred below 30 years.
- Honorary Medical Officer: Maximum 45 years as on the last date of application
