- Residence Doctor: 37 years | Specialist: 64 years
Application Fee
- Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheques payable in favor of 'ESI Fund A/C No. 1' payable at Ahmedabad. SC/ST/EWS/PH and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
