Engineer with Boiler Proficiency: Diploma (Mechanical) or B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical) with Class I or Class II Boiler Proficiency Certificate.
Executive Trainee (Chemical): B. E / B. Tech (Chemical) (Full Time) from recognized University / Institute.
Executive Trainee (Mechanical): B. E / B. Tech (Mechanical) (Full Time) from recognized University / Institute.

For the post of Engineer with Boiler Proficiency Certificate– On Contract (If Diploma-Non Management / If B.E or B.Tech-Management) The advertised positions are for recruitment on contractual basis for 01 year training + 04 years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
For all other advertised positions (Management Category) The advertised positions are for recruitment on contractual basis for 03 years, extendable on satisfactory performance and Management discretion up to 05 years.
