Eligibility

- Age limits:
- Assistant Sub Inspector/Executive: 20 to 25 years
- Head Constable/General Duty: 18 to 23 years
- Application Fee: application fees of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) in the form of Postal Order drawn in favor of the officer.
Selection Process
- Final Selection based on Trial Test in sports events, Proficiency Test & Medical Examination.
CISF Constable / Fire Physical Standards
- For all candidates {except the following categories}
- Height: 170 Cms
- Chest: Minimum 80 Cms with minimum expansion of 05 Cms
- For candidates belonging to hill areas of the Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, Sikkimies, Kashmir Valley and Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K and North Eastern States subject to production of Certificate as per Annexure –IV.
- Height: 165 Cms
- Chest: Minimum 78 Cms with minimum expansion of 05 Cms
- Tribal or Adivasis including Mizos and Nagas subject to production of certificate as per Annexure – IV.
- Height: 162.5 Cms
- Chest: Minimum 77 Cms with minimum expansion of 05 Cms
- For Head Constable/GD
- Height: 162.5 Cms
- Chest:
- Hillman and Tribesman, namely Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Kumaonis, Dogras, Marathas, Adivasis 160 81-86 153 Not Applicable Weight.
- Height: 167 Cms
- Chest: 81 - 86 cms
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard. Weight will be recorded at the time of physical measurements but the decision on fitness on account of weight will be taken at the time of medical examination.
