Eligibility

  • Educational qualification: 
    • Accounts: M.Com. with 55% for SC / ST and 60% for Others from a recognized University or Chartered Accountants (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India) earlier known as Cost and Wok Accountants (ICWAI) or MBA (Finance) with 55% for SC/ST and 60% for Others from a recognized University.
    • Actuaries: Graduate with 55% for SC/ST and 60% for Others in any discipline from a recognized university & has passed 4 Actuarial Papers from Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or Institute and Faculty of Actuary, UK (IFoA).
    • Engineers (Automobile): Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in engineering(4 or 5 Years) with automobile engineering as a subject, with 55% for SC/ST and 60% for Others from a recognized University.
    • Legal: Graduate in Law with 55% for SC/ST and 60% for Others from a recognized University.
    • Medical Officer: M.B.B.S.
    • Generalist: Graduate in any stream with 55% for SC/ST and 60% for Others from a recognized University.
  • Age limit: 21 to 30 years
  • Application Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 600/- (Application fee including intimation charges) for other category & Rs. 100/- (Intimation Charges Only) for SC/ ST / PWD.

Selection Process

  • Final selection will be based on written examination

Exam pattern & Syllabus

  • Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections as follows: 
    • English language: 30 Marks
    • Reasoning Ability: 35 Marks
    • Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Marks
    • Total: 100 Marks
    • Total Time: 1 Hour
  • Candidates have to qualify in each test by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Company (approximately 20 times the numbers of vacancies subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
  • Phase – II: Main Examination: Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.
    • Objective Test: The Objective Test of 2 hours duration consists of 4 sections (Generalists) and 5 sections (Specialists) for total 200 marks.
      • For Generalists:
        • Test of Reasoning Ability: 50 Marks
        • Test of English Language: 50 Marks
        • Test of General Awareness: 50 Marks
        • Test of Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Marks
        • Total (Aggregate): 200 Marks
        • Duration: 120 Minutes
      • For Specialists:
        • Test of Reasoning Ability: 40 Marks
        • Test of English Language: 40 Marks
        • Test of General Awareness: 40 Marks
        • Test of Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Marks
        • Test of Professional Knowledge: 40 Marks
        • Total (Aggregate): 200 Marks
        • Duration: 120 Minutes
    • Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing-10 marks & Essay-20 marks). The descriptive test will be in English and will be conducted through on-line mode.
    • Phase – III: Interview: Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase-II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Company, up to three times the number of vacancies of respective stream/category. Interview will be conducted at select centres. The weightage (ratio) of online Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively.
