- Medical Officers: M.B.B.S. or equivalent & Registered with Madhya Pradesh Medical Council
- Dentist: B.D.S or equivalent & Registered with Madhya Pradesh Dental Council
Age Limit: Between 21 year to 40 year
Application Fee: Rs.500/- for Others & Rs.300/- for SC/ ST & OBC candidates through Bank Draft in any Nationalized Bank
