East Coast Railway desires to engage full time Para-medical staff on contract basis for a duration up to 30.06.2015 or for a period of one year from the date of joining subject to extension of validity of the scheme for contractual appointment of Paramedical staff by Railway Board. The place of posting will be at Central Hospital Bhubaneshwar of East Coast Railway and is further detailed as under. Thus "Walk-in interview" will be conducted in the Office of the Chief Personnel Officer, 2nd Floor, South Block. Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar for Indian citizens for engagement as full time paramedical staff on contract basis on payment of honorarium for a period up 30.06.2015 or till the vacant posts are filled up by RRB candidates whichever is earlier.
The provisions of monthly remuneration for the General Duty on full lime Contract and their daily rate basis proportionate deduction from their honorarium fee/remuneration in the event such Contract staff absenting himself / herself for the period exceeding from those stipulated in the contract is existing.

Educational Qualification:
- Lab. Asst.: Candidates have to possess B.Sc with Bio-Chemistry/Micro Biology/ Life Science or equivalent Plus Diploma in Medical laboratory. Technology (DMLT) or equivalent from recognized Institution or B.SC in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized University.
- OT Asst. / Dresser: Candidates have to possess Matriculation/HSC or equivalent degree from Central/State Govt. with minimum 01 year experience as Dresser / OT Astt. from any Institute or Hospital approved by Central Govt or Statutory Body of GOVT.

Daily rate of deduction per day from the fee for excess absence may be on pro-rata basis.
Full lime contractual paramedical staff may be provided unfurnished Railway quarter accommodation subject to availability. In case Railway accommodation is provided to them, all amount equivalent to HRA and license fees of the accommodation so provided shall be deducted from the monthly fee s admissible to them. The contractual paramedical staff so engaged shall be posted at Central Hospital / MCS / Bhubaneshwar of East Coast Railway subject to the decision of the competent authority at the material time depending upon the vacancy position.
