- Pilot Officer: A Foreign Going Master or Home Trade Master Certificate or Certificate of First Mate Foreign Going Or Second Mate Foreign Going with two years’ experience.
- Nautical Officer (FGM): a Foreign Going Master Certificate w ith about two Years’ experience.
