NCERT New Delhi Recruitment 2016 for 69 Teaching Position

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi  invites Online applications for filling up various teaching positions under direct recruitment for Demonstration Multipurpose Schools attached to their Regional Institutes of Education all over India. These posts are transferable amongst the constituent units of the Council located in Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar & Mysore. You can view official advertisement by following link.

  • Assistant Headmaster: 02 Posts
  • Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): 14 Posts
  • Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): 09 Posts
  • Primary Teacher (PRT): 13 Post
  • Work Experience Teacher (WET): 29 Posts
Educational qualification, Age limit: Various (See details in official notification)

Application Fee: Applicants { UR (Male)/OBC (Male) } are required to pay a fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the form of demand draft/Bankers Cheque only in favour of Secretary, NCERT payable at State Bank of India, NCERT Branch, New Delhi-110016. No application fees for SC/ST/PWD/Women/NCERT employees. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.

Selection process: Final selection will be based on written examination 

How to apply: Candidates are required to apply online "through the NCERT website www.ncert.nic.in at Announcement-Vacancy- Academic. . No other means/mode  of submission of applications will be accepted.

Scholarship Amount:
  • For NTSE: Rs. 1250/- per month
  • For NMMS: Rs. 6000/- per annually (Rs. 500/- per month) 

Qualification: 
  • For NTSE: 10th running in Govt. School / Granted School / Private School / Local Boding School
  • For NMMS: 8th running in Govt. School / Granted School / Private School / Local Boding School 

Examination Fee: Rs. 70/- for General & Rs. 50/- for SC / ST candidates &  service tax.
