Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Assistant: Graduate (minimum aggregate 55% marks) Course completed through correspondence / distance / parttime are not eligible.
Assistant Manager (Others): Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) or Post-graduate in any discipline. Course completed through correspondence/ distance/parttime are not eligible.
Assistant Manager (DME): Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks or Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA in marketing/finance will be given preference.

Age limit

21 to 28 years (Assistant / AM (Other)
21 to 40 years (AM - DME)

Application Fee

The application submission fees for Aspirants: Rs. 800/- + GST @ 18% will be charged on Application Fee.

Assistant: Online Examination and Interview
Assistant Manager (Others category): Online Examination and Interview
Assistant Manager (DME category): Work Experience, Online Examination and Interview

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum aggregate 55% marks.

Age limit

23-30 years (as on 01.01.2019)

Application Fee

Rs. 500/- + GST @ 18% will be charged on Application Fee. The above fee is applicable to all candidates and non-refundable. Candidates should pay the requisite fee through the online mode only. Applicants have to bear the transaction charges as applicable for online payment.

Selection Process

Final Selection will be based on Online Examination and Interview.

Calculation of Percentage:

The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks (in all the subjects irrespective of honours/optional/additional optional subject, if any) multiplied by 100. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class/Grade is decided on basis of Honours arks only. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%.

LIC HFL Assistant Manager Online Examination

Online examination will be of objective type, multiple choice of total two hours duration comprising the following sections:

English Language: 50 Questions & 50 Marks - 35 minutes
Logical Reasoning: : 50 Questions & 50 Marks - 35 minutes
General Awareness: : 50 Questions & 50 Marks - 35 minutes
Professional Knowledge: : 50 Questions & 50 Marks - 35 minutes
Total Questions: 200
Total Marks: 200 Marks
Duration: 120 minutes

The online examination will be in English language only. There will be penalty for wrong answers in the online examination. For every wrong answer to a question given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
Interview: The first three sections of the online examination are only qualifying sections and the final merit list of online examination will be solely based on the marks obtained in the Professional Knowledge section of online examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Assistant: Candidates must have a Graduate (minimum aggregate 55% marks)
Associate: Candidates must have a Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) and CA-Inter
Assistant Manager: Candidates must have a Graduate (minimum aggregate 60% marks) and Two years full-time MBA/ Two years full-time MMS/ Two years full-time PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute/ board (minimum aggregate 60% marks). The course completed through correspondence/ part-time is not eligible.

Age limit

21 Years but not more than 28 Years completed as on 01-01-2019

Application Fee

Candidates will have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fees. GST @18 percent will be charged on Application fees. The above fee is applicable to all candidates and non-refundable. Candidates who will apply for the post will have to pay the application fees through online mode only. LIC HFL Assistant, Assistant Manager, Associate Selection Process

Final Selection will be based on Online Examination and Interview.
The final merit list and selection of candidates will be separate for each post of Assistant, Associate & Assistant Manager and will be done on the basis of combined marks of Online Examination and Interview strictly according to the merit ranking, subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview. The Company reserves the right to change the selection procedure, if necessary.
