GSSSB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria 2025

Statistical Assistant
Qualification:
Possess a bachelor's degree with Statistics or Mathematical Statistics or Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics or Mathematics as Principal Subject; obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as University under section-3 of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956; (C) possess the basic knowledge of computer application on the lines of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; (D) possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. 5. A Provision of rule 9(A) of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967, except provision of sub rule (4), of the said rule shall be applicable in respect of a candidate appointed by direct selection under and above. 6. The candidate selected by direct selection shall be appointed on contractual basis in accordance with and on such terms and conditions as prescribed by the Government of Gujarat from time to time and shall be given, at the end of contractual period, the pay scale prescribed for the post on his performance being found satisfactory during the stipulated period of service on contractual basis. 11. The candidate recommended for appointment will not be considered as Civil post/Civil service under the State Government but will be considered as the employee of the Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited.

Mines Supervisor
Qualification:
(a) A degree in Geology or Applied Geology as a Principal subject or degree in Mining Engineering obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India: or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or (b) A Diploma in Mining Engineering obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and have about one year experience in the field of Geological work or Mining work in Government or Local Bodies or Government Undertaking Board or Corporation or Limited Company established under the Companies Act,2013; (c) The basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967; and (d) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Assistant (Lab)
Qualification:
"Possess a B.Sc. in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry, or Agriculture Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, Food Science, Bioscience, Biotechnology or B. Tech Food/Dairy/Oil Technology, Biotechnology from a University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of University Grant Commission Act, 1956;" (C) possess the basic knowledge of computer application on the lines of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; (D) possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. 5.
