Legal Advisor Advertisement
Recently, the Commissionerate of Rural Development, Gadhinagar has published an advertisement for Legal Advisor posts. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the positions. Below are the important details regarding the recruitment.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
- Nationality: Gujarat State
- Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of legal practice experience, including at least one year practicing in the High Court of the State or defending cases for the Government in the Supreme Court/High Court.
- Application Fee: An Application Form should be sent along with Demand Draft for Application fee of Rs.100/- (non-refundable) in favour of "Additional Commissioner, Commissioner, Rural Development Office, Gandhinagar'
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification required for the positions are as follows:
- LLB degree from recognized university.
- Proficient in computer fundamentals and common software applications, equivalent to the CCC+ certification standard.
- Must be an active member of either the Bar Council of Gujarat or the Bar Council of India.
