Indian Oil Corporation of India (IOCL) has announced an IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification for the appointment of Trade, Graduate, and Technician Apprentices for the year 2025. The IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 for the Southern region application process began on 16 January 2025 and will close on 16 February 2025 and for the western region application process began on 17 January 2025 and will close on 07 February 2025. A total of 513 apprentice positions are available in various fields under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act of 1973. Candidates who have completed an ITI, Degree, or Diploma in the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 and are residents of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Puducherry for southern region and Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, UT of Daman & Diu, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli for western region are eligible to apply. Qualification for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025:

The required qualification for applying to IOCL Recruitment 2025 is described below-

For Discipline Code –107 – Trade Apprentice (Fitter) - The applicant must be cleared Matric with a regular full-time 02 years ITI(Fitter) course recognized by NCVET/SCVT.
For Discipline Code –108- Trade Apprentice (Electrician)- The applicant must be cleared Matric with a regular full-time 02 years ITI (Electrician) course recognized by NCVET/SCVT.
For Discipline Code – 109- Trade Apprentice (Electronics Mechanic)- The applicant must be cleared Matric with a regular full-time 02 years ITI (Electronics Mechanic) course recognized by NCVET/SCVT.
For Discipline Code – 110- Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic)- The applicant must be cleared Matric with a regular full-time 02 years ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course recognized by NCVET/SCVT
For Discipline Code –111- Trade Apprentice (Machinist)- The applicant must be cleared Matric with a regular full-time 02 years ITI (Machinist) course recognized by NCVET/SCVT.

Training Period of IOCL Recruitment 2025: The selected candidates for IOCL Recruitment 2025 will be appointed on a training period of 12 months.

Age Limit for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025:

To be eligible for applying to IOCL Recruitment 2025, the required age limit is given below-

The candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years.
The candidates should have a maximum age of 24 years.

Selection Process for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2025, the candidates may register themselves successfully on the NAPS/NATS portal and apply against the notification shall be considered for the selection process. There will be no written Test/Interview.

Merit list of all the candidates who have applied against a respective post in the portal and meeting the notified eligibility criteria shall be prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the essential prescribed qualification for the post.
Candidates are advised to ensure that they are medically fit as per Indian Oil’s pre-engagement medical format. Candidates are advised to go through the “Guidelines and Criteria for Physical Fitness for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination” before they commence the application process.
Shortlisted candidates whose documents including Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate are found in order shall be issued offer of Engagement for Apprenticeship Training.
