ITBP Motor Mechanic Recruitment 2024
Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has released a notification for the recruitment of Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) and Constable (Motor Mechanic) posts for the year 2024. This recruitment is for Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) positions on a temporary basis, likely to be permanent. Below are the complete details as per the official notification.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Head Constable (Motor Mechanic): 10+2 pass and ITI Certificate/ Diploma in Motor Mechanic or Automobile Engineering with 3 years of experience in the trade
- Constable (Motor Mechanic): Matriculation (10th pass) and ITI Certificate in Motor Mechanic or 3 years of experience in the trade
Age limit
- Candidates applying for both posts must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of January 22, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for SC, ST, OBC, and other categories.
Application Fee
- Interested candidates must pay the Online application fee of 200 for the SI post and 100 for the HC and Constable Post.
- General, EWS, OBC (Sub-Inspector Post): Rs. 200/-
- General, EWS, OBC (Head Constable, Constable Post): Rs. 100/-
- SC, ST: Rs. 0/-
