CWC Recruitment 2024

The Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, has officially opened applications for a range of positions under the CWC Recruitment 2024. The recruitment drive will fill 179 vacancies across several key posts, including Management Trainee (MT), Accountant, Superintendent (Supt), and Junior Technical Assistant (JTA). Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Age limit

Management Trainee (General): Degree with 1st Class Master of Business Administration, specializing in Personnel Management, HR, Industrial Relations, Marketing Management, or Supply Chain Management

Age limit: 28 Years

Management Trainee (Technical): 1st Class Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with Entomology, Micro Biology, or Bio-Chemistry, OR 1st Class Post Graduate in Bio-Chemistry or Zoology

Age limit: 28 Years

Accountant: B.Com or B.A. (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountant or SAS Accountant from the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about 03 years’ experience.

Age limit: 30 Years

Superintendent (General): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline

Age limit: 30 Years

Junior Technical Assistant: Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry, or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.

Age limit: 28 Years

Superintendent (General) – SRD (NE): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.

Age limit: 30 Years

Junior Technical Assistant – SRD (NE): Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry, or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.

Age limit: 28 Years

Junior Technical Assistant – SRD (UT of Ladakh): Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry, or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.

Application Fee

The application fee for the CWC Recruitment 2024 is structured based on candidate categories. The fee details are:

General/OBC/EWS: Rs 1350/-
SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Women: Rs 500/-

Selection Process

The selection stages include written exams, interviews and other relevant assessments, depending on the post applied for. How to Apply

Aspirants may send the documents as given below by email at Apprentices@opalindia.in, mentioning the Apprenticeship-2025 on the subject line of the mail latest by 04.01.2025.

D.O.B Document – School Leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality or such appropriate authority. (Documents must be PDF format max 2MB file size)
Copy of 10th Standard (SSC) Marksheet (Documents must be PDF format max 2MB file size)
Copy of Consolidated Mark sheet/ last mark sheet of essential qualification (ITI) obtained. If the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) assigns grades, conversion certificate if any, from
respective Industrial Training Institute (ITI) for calculating percentage of marks. (Documents must be PDF format max 2MB file size)
Copy of latest updated resume (Documents must be PDF or MS-Word format max 2MB file size)
Copy of Caste certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC/ or Certificate of PwBD) – if applicable (Documents must be Pdf format max 2MB file size)
Applications by any other mode shall not be accepted.
Before applying for apprentices’ position (Column A above) who possess the essential qualification (as specified in Column B above), applicants have to first register themselves in online portals of the following agencies of Govt. of India at https://Apprenticeshipindia.org
After successful registration with the above agency, a registration number will be generated and the candidate has to mention this registration number while applying for apprentices’ position in OPaL though mail to Apprentices@opalindia.in
Selected candidates will be intimated through their registered mail ID.
The verification of the original documents shall be done prior to joining on a specific date. The list of documents and originals to be brought for verification shall be intimated to the selected candidates.
