Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Internal Auditor:
- BACHELOR DEGREE IN COMMERCE FROM A RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY AND PASSED THE INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATION OF THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA (ICAI)
- MINIMUM THREE YEARS OR MORE EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTS/AUDIT
- INTERNAL/GOVERNMENT AUDIT RELATED WORK DESIRABLE
- CCC / COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH CORRESPONDENCE SKILLS REQUIRED
- KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY ERP IS MUST
- KNOWLEDGE OF INCOME TAX,GST, TDS AND OTHER LAWS
- KNOWLEDGE OF GOVT. RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Account Assistant:
- GRADUATE DEGREE IN COMMERCE
- MINIMUM ONE YEAR OR MORE EXPERIENCE
- CCC / COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- KNOWLEDGE OF TALLY ERP IS REQUIRED
Application Fee
- The candidate has to pay prescribed processing fees by the online mode only. Fees by other mode and DD shall not be accepted. The processing fee is Rs.250/- for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/PH candidate and Rs.500/- for other candidate.
Selection Process
- For Non-Teaching Posts, if numbers of eligible candidates are more than ten(10) , The University reserves the right to short-list the candidates on the merit-based/aptitude test/written test or any other method for the purpose of inviting the candidates for interview only. The decision of University with regard to the process of selection shall be final and binding on the candidate. University reserves the right to adopt and practice appropriate method of evaluating the candidate during the course of the interview and it shall be binding upon the candidate.

- Once the online application form is completely filled, submit it and get printout of the same and send it along with two photographs, self-attested copies of necessary certificates including in support of the evidence of Age, Educational Qualifications, Caste, Physical Disability, Experience, all supporting documents related to Academic Performance Indicators (if applicable),endorsement from the current employer(if applicable) and only through Speed post/ Registered Post Via India Post/Courier to The Registrar,Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, "Jyotirmay”,Parishar,Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway, Chharodi,Ahmedabad - 382 481. It should reach on online Date 03/07/2023 or before hardcopy submitted last date 07/07/2023 up to 17:00 hours as prescribed for receiving the application. Application received after the last date will stand rejected automatically.
