Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant: 10 + 2 Standard or 12th class pass from a recognized Board
Postman/ Mailguard: 12th class pass from a recognized Board and having knowledge of Local Language (Gujarati). The candidate should have studied local language at least up to 10th standard
Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th class pass from a recognized Board and having knowledge of Local Language (Gujarati). The candidate should have studied local language at least up to 10th standard

Age limit

Between 18-27 years (Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant / Postman/Mail Guard)
Between 18-25 years (Multi-Tasking Staff)

Application Fee

The applications shall have to pay Application Fee of Rs.120/- (One Hundred Twenty Only).

Selection Process

All those candidates who fulfill the educational qualification and age criteria shall be eligible for inclusion in the merit list to the extent of number of vacancies notified for each posts.
Candidates shall be considered only for those posts for which a candidates fulfills the educational qualification and age criteria.
Merit list shal be prepared only on the basis of certificate in form 1/2/3/4/5 submitted by a candidate. Candidates are advised to give only the details of their highest participation achievement in sports as per the order of preference mentioned in para 10.1..
