B.E (Chemical / Mechanical) / B. Tech (Chemical / Mechanical) from govt recognized universityPlease mention Post-Graduation / Diploma in Business Management in Additional Qualification.
The Company is looking forward to hiring a dynamic & experienced person for the post of Complex Head having following pre-requisites: -

A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University / Institution. A Post-Graduate degree / Diploma in Business Administration is desirable. (Mechanical Engineer may be preferred If having relevant experience).
A Minimum of 25 years of all-round experience in diverse areas including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Project Implementation, Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning preferably from Chlor-Alkali / Allied Chemicals & Petro Chemical Industry. Applicant should have demonstrated successful leadership with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as ‘Plant Head’ of a Manufacturing Unit.
She / He should be capable in handling operations and engineering. He/ She should be capable to ensure maintenance of continuous process in the plant and adhere to the targeted production schedules in a cost-effective manner along with on time execution of projects and high level of judgement, excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, discretion, tact, integrity and work ethics.
The person with the experience in Caustic Chlorine / Chemical industry will be preferred. Proven track record to lead across various business functions. Ability of ensuring forward and backward linkages/arrangements viz. raw materials, Coal, Power, infrastructure, marketing arrangement including strengthening the dealer network, and other logistical infrastructure.
