Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Medical Officer: (i) M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized Institution/ University recognised by the Medical Council of India; (ii) Minimum 5 Years of experience; (iii) Valid Registration Certificate;
- Nurse: (i) BSc. in Nursing/ Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized University/ Institution. (ii) Valid Registration with Indian/ State Nursing Council.

- Candidates are required to bring three copies of their resume with photograph affixed thereon in all the copies including original and one set of photocopy of their academic certificates, experience certificates and any other documents, if any alongwith them.
