Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Masters in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) or equivalent with First Class.
- Candidates who have passed in their final year M.L.I. Sc. examination should only apply and must submit a copy of the marks card in proof of having passed the examination with FIRST CLASS without which the candidate will not be shortlisted for written test.
Age limit
- Not exceeding 26 years as 26th June, 2022 (the last date for submitting an application). Relaxation for SC, ST and PD category candidates (up to Age Limit-31 years) and OBC category (up to Age Limit-29 years) will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules. Age may be relaxed in the case of an exceptionally good candidate.
Selection Process
- The shortlisted candidates will be called to appear for the Written Test. The written test will be in English. The dates for the written test will be announced in due course of time and the details for the same will be sent to shortlisted candidates via e-mail. Based on the performance in the written test, selected candidates will be called for an Interview on the same day.
