Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Constable Crew: Class 10 High School Passed from any Recognized Board in India. 1 Year Experience in Operation of Boat below 265 HP and Should know Swimming.
- Head Constable Master: Class 10 High School Passed from any Recognized Board in India. Serang Certificate Required.
- Head Constable Engine Driver: Class 10 High School Passed from any Recognized Board in India. Second Class Engine Driver Certificate
- Head Constable Workshop (Mechanic Diesel / Petrol Engine / Workshop Electrician / Workshop AC Technician / Workshop Electronics / Workshop Machinist / Workshop Carpenter / Workshop Plumber: Class 10 High School Passed from any Recognized Board in India with ITI / NCVT Certificate in Related Trade / Branch.
- Sub Inspector SI Master: 10+2 Intermediate in Any Stream from any Recognized Board in India. 2nd Class Master Certificate issued by the Central / State Inland Water Transport Authority OR Mercantile Marine Department.
- Sub Inspector SI Engine Driver: 10+2 Intermediate in Any Stream from any Recognized Board in India. 1st Class Engine Driver Certificate issued by the Central / State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department
- Sub Inspector SI Workshop: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical / Marine / Automobile Engineering.
Age limit
- SI: Between 22 to 28 years
- HC: Between 20 to 25 years
- Constable: Between 20 to 25 years

- Gen/ OBC/ EWS (Group C Posts): Rs. 100/-
