Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Regional Director: M.Sc. in Microbiology from a recognized University or Institute
Deputy Central Intelligence Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) or B.Sc (Engg) awarded by a recognized University
Assistant Professor (Chemistry): Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in Chemistry from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University
Assistant Professor (Electrical Engg.): First-class Master’s degree in Electrical Engg
Assistant Professor (Electronics & Communication Engg.): First-class Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engg
Assistant Professor (Electronics & Instrumentation Engg./ Control Instrumentation Engg.): First class Master’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engg./ Control & Instrumentation Engg
Assistant Professor (Mathematics): Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in Mathematics from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University
Assistant Professor (Manufacturing Engg./ Production Engg.): First-class Master’s degree in (Manufacturing Engg./ Production Engg.)
Assistant Professor (Mechanical Engg.): First-class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engg
Senior Scientific Officer Grade-II ((Electronics): M.Sc in Physics with specialization in Electronics or B.E./ B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University.
Junior Research Officer (Research, Statistics & Analysis): (i) Master’s Degree in Statistics or Operation Research or Mathematics or Applied Statistics or Applied Mathematics or Mathematical Statistics from a recognized University or Institute
Assistant Engineer/ Assistant Surveyor of Works/ Engineering Assistant (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.

Selection Process

The category-wise minimum level of suitability in interviews, irrespective of whether the selection is made only by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by interview, will be UR/EWS-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ST/PwBD-40 marks, out of the total marks of interview being 100.
In cases where selection is made by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by interview, the candidate will have to achieve minimum level of suitability in their respective category at Interview stage.
