Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Full time (4 years) BE/B.Tech course from reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines –Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ E&T/ Telecommunication. First Class in the indicated qualification for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST and PWD candidates. Method of conversion of CGPA to percentage has to be attached.
Post Qualification Experience as on 01.04.2021: Candidates should have minimum 6 (Six) months of post qualification industry experience in the following areas is desirable:

Experience/Knowledge on:

Ethernet communication 10Mbps to 10Gpbs, LAN & WAN Concepts
Ethernet Layers (TCP/IP), IPv4, IPv6
Switching equipments like Routers, Switches, Hubs, Etc
Ethernet & Optical Test Instruments
TDM, PDH(E1-E4), SDH(STM-1to STM-64) Communication
Voltage regulators, Inverters, Batteries used in communication equipments
EMI/EMC standards and testing methodologies

Responsibilities

Main Activity: Installation and commissioning of projects in Field on pan India basis especially in north-east India and J&K.
Other related activities: Develop Test Set ups for Testing of PCB/Module/ Unit Level
Develop ATEs (Automatic Test Equipments) for Hardware Testing using automation tools like Boundary Scan/Flying Probe tester/LABView, etc
Testing & Troubleshooting of in house designed embedded (FPGA based) PCBs / Modules / Systems
Offering of Equipments to customer for Quality Checks

Age limit

Upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.04.2021.

Application Fee

Rs. 200/- (Candidates belonging to PWD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee.)

Selection Process

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria w.r.t. qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as follows:

Aggregate Marks secured in BE/B.Tech.: 75%
Relevant Post Qualification experience: 2.5 marks will be allocated for minimum experience stipulated for the post. 1.25 marks will be allocated for every additional experience of 6 months subject to a maximum of 10 marks.: 10%
Interview for shortlisted candidates: 15%
