Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- B. Com with L. L. B (Special) (Full time) from a recognized University,
- Candidate should have min. 06 to 08 years of post-qualification experience in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, contracts, replies, affidavits, pleadings, plaints, complaints, written statements, petitions, appeals, revisions, statements of claim etc.
- He/ She should have experience in handling civil, consumer, criminal, land, IBC, CCI and arbitration matters and should be able to co-ordinate with internal departments of the organization for drafting, finalization and execution of agreements related to various transactions and also be able to liaison with advocates and solicitors in various litigations and seeking their advice.
- Should have Fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi both verbal and written communication, good organizational skills and ability to do multi-tasking.
- Should be computer savvy and fully conversant with MS Office.
