Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Registrar:
- Essential:
- A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks of its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale
- At least 15 years if experience as Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale)/ Assistant Professor with eight years in associate professor with experience in educational administration.
- Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institution of higher education on an equivalent position 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post in Recognised University
- Preferable: Working knowledge of Gujarati Language
- Computer Examination: The candidate appointed shall during his probation period be required to pass the qualifying examination for computer skill as may be prescribed by the state government from time to time.
- Dy. Registrar:
- A Master’s Degree with at least 55 % Marks of the Marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale.
- At least 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above with experience in educational administration. OR
- Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education. OR
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in PB-3 and Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-or in an-equivalent Post.
- Good Knowledge and experience of the University Examination system.
- Basic skill and knowledge of Computer.
Age limit
- Registrar: A candidate shall not be below 35 years and not more than 50 years of age
- Dy. Registrar: Not more than 50 Years
Application Fee
- The candidates other than SC/ST/Differently-abled shall pay nonrefundable application fee of Rs. 500/- . The payment of application fees of Rs.500/- must be paid online.

- Final Selection will be based on written exam and person interview.
