Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in concerned specialist from Government recognized universities / colleges.
Age limit
- Not Exceeding 37 years as on date of Interview.
Application Fee
- Rs.300/- in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheques payble in favour of 'ESI Fund A/C No.1' payble at Ahmedabad. SC/ST/PH & Female candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
How to Apply
- The eligible and desirous candidates with duly filled in application form (Annexure-A) should appear for walk-in-interview with their application along with original certificates and one set of self attested photocopy of the relevant documents in supports of age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet Degree, MCI / State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc... Candidates should bring two recent passport size photographs.
