- Municipal Civil Engineer: Post Graduate or Graduate degree in Engineering with specialization in public health engineering or diploma.
- Urban Planner: Post Graduate or Graduate degree in Urban Planning and regional or geography.
- MIS Expert: Post Graduate / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science Electronics or MCA / PGDCA.
- Social Development Specialist: Post Graduate or Graduate or diploma in Social Science with practical experience of working with community / slums in the urban area.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years for all posts.

- Final Selection will be based on interview.
