Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Degree qualification in OB/HR/Psychology or related disciplines;
- Exposure to qualitative research methods (e.g., interviewing and content coding);
- Exposure to case writing;
- Experience in reading and writing scholarly research articles; and
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Desired: Exposure to quantitative techniques (desirable, not mandatory)
