Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Dy. Manager (Internal Audit): Chartered Accountancy (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- Dean: (i.) MBA from Top Indian/International ‘B’ Schools, OR (ii.) Ph.D. from Top Indian University or Top Indian /International B-Schools, (iii.) Preference will be given to those having MBA/Ph.D. in the discipline of Banking and Finance
- Deputy General Manager (TEGS-VI: Top Executive Grade Scale-VI): (i.) The official should either be a retired or serving officer not below the rank of Deputy General Manager (or equivalent) of any Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Financial Sector Regulatory Body other than State Bank of India or erstwhile Associate Banks of State Bank of India (e-AB’s). (ii.) The official should not have worked/ be working in any capacity in State Bank of India or erstwhile Associate Banks of State Bank of India (e-AB’s). (iii.) The official should have superannuated or have taken voluntary retirement at a rank not less than that of a Deputy General Manager (or equivalent of Scheduled Commercial Bank other than SBI or erstwhile Associate Banks of State Bank of India (e-AB’s).
- Defence Banking Advisor: Retired in the rank of :- (a) ADGP or above (Retired IPS Officers) (b) 3 years working experience in Central Armed Police Force / Para Military Force.
Age limit
- Deputy Manager (Internal Audit): 21 to 35 years
- Dean: 40 to 65 years
- Deputy General Manager (TEGS-VI: Top Executive Grade Scale-VI): Maximum 65 years
- Defence Banking Advisor: Maximum 62 years
Application Fee
- Dy. Manager (Internal Audit / (TEGS-VI: Top Executive Grade Scale-VI): Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 600/- (Six Hundred only) for General and OBC candidates and intimation charges of 100/- (One hundred only) for SC/ ST/PWD candidates.
Selection Process
- Dy. Manager (Internal Audit: The selection of candidates will be on the basis of online written test and interview/group discussion
- Dean: Valid applications will be short listed by the committee of specialists/experts and shortlisted candidates will be called for interaction. Final selection will be on the basis of performance in interaction.
- DGM (TEGS-VI: Top Executive Grade Scale-VI) / Defence Banking Advisor: The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.
