- Education Qualification: Must have passed M.B.A (HR) or MSW or 2 years Post graduate Diploma in personnel Management /Human Resources /Industrial Relations; A Degree in Law is desirable. Eight (8) years post qualification experience in the field of Personnel Management in a reputed manufacturing company.
- Age limit: 18 to 44 years

- All Other Candidates (ST/SC/Ex-s/PWD): Rs.150/-
Assistant Manager Selection process:
- Final Selection will be based on Written Exam.
