Educational qualification: The candidate should be a retired Banker of a Public Sector Bank (other than Andhra Bank) retired from a post not below the rank of a General Manager.

Job Description: The candidate selected for appointment shall act as internal ombudsman of the bank to strengthen the grievance redressal mechanism, and to reduce the complaints escalating to Banking Ombudsman.

Age limit: Maximum 65 years

Selection process: Final selection will be based on Interview & examination.
