Educational Qualification: B.Sc.(Nursing) degree
or
B.Sc.(Public Health Nurse) degree
And
Must have a Certificate of registration in section I-A or I-B of the Register of Nurses under the
Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Act, 1926 (Tamil Nadu Act-III of 1926) and
A Certificate of registration in section I-C of the register of Midwives under the Tamil Nadu
Nurses and Midwives Act 1926 (Tamil Nadu Act – III of 1926).
Scale of Pay: Rs.9300-34800 +
4700 GP
Scheme of Main Written Examination (Objective Type) & Oral Test:
Exam Centre: Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai Centre.
Procedure of Selection: Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Written Examination and (ii) Oral Test in the form of an interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates at the Written Examination and Oral Test taken together subject to the rule of reservation of appointments. Candidates appearance in each paper of the Written Examination and Oral Test is compulsory. A candidate who has not appeared in any one of the papers in the Written Examination or Oral Test will not be considered for selection, even if he/she secures qualifying marks in the Written Examination or Oral Test.
Exam Fee: Rs. 175/- be paid (Cost of application Rs. 50/- + Exam fee Rs. 125/-). The Select the mode of payment (Online Payment/Offline Payment).
