Name of the Posts: Medical Officer (Basic Cadre - Backlog)

Educational Qualification: M.B.B.S. from recognized Medical Council of India.

Age Limit: Minimum 22 years 

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Exam, Interview / Viva voce test.

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Online / Offline Mode.

• Online Mode: BC-I/ BC-II candidates has to pay Rs.468/- (Rs.400.50/- for Exam Fee + Rs. 17.50/- for Online Application Fee + Rs.50/- for Bank Charges) & SC & ST candidates of Jharkhand has to pay Rs.168/- (Rs.100.50/- for Exam Fee + Rs. 17.50/- for Online Application Fee + Rs.50/- for Bank Charges) through State Bank of India.
• Offline Mode: Those who are paying through offline mode they need to download chhallan from the website www.jpsc.gov.in Handicapped candidates (minimum 40% of Disability) are exempted from exam fee but they have to pay Rs.17.50/- for Online Charges & Rs.50/- for Bank Charges.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website www.jpsc.gov.in. After applying online, take print out of the submitted online application form, signed on it and send along with self attested copies of relevant certificate, etc, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the Post of Medical Officer Advt No.05/2013″, should reach through speed post/ registered post/ by hand to given below address.
