Age Limit: 45 to 50 years for Chief Compliance Officer & Not more than 62 years for Chief Customer Service Officer.
Education Qualification: Candidates should have Chartered Accountant/ Post Graduation with CAIIB & have minimum of 15 years working experience in Banking Sector.
Job Description:
- Chief Compliance Officer: Identification, Management, Monitoring and reporting in all aspects of Regulatory and Statutory Compliance of the Bank, Implementation of Automated Compliance Management Software, Managing effectively the compliance risks faced by Bank, Maintaining liaison with the regulator on behalf of the Bank.
- Chief Customer Service Officer: Focal point for Internal Grievances Redressal System, minimize exigencies of Awards against the Bank, strengthening customer confidence in the Internal Redressal mechanism.
