- Masters Degree Social work/Sociology/Development Communication/ Mass Communication (Social Research Assistant)
- Masters Degree in Film & TV Production/Development Communication/ Mass Communication (Programme Assistant)
- Diploma in Sound Engineering/Sound Recording (Technical Assistant)
- B.Sc. in Multimedia/Animation (Scientific Assistant)

Pay Scale will be as below:
- Post 1 and 2: Rs. 15600- 39100 with Grade pay Rs. 5400/-.
- Post 3 and 4: Rs. 9300- 34800 with Grade pay Rs. 4800/-.
- Post 5 to 8: Rs. 9300- 34800 with Grade pay Rs. 4600/-
