GMRDS Senior Management Officer Eligibility Criteria 

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/MHRM full time course is compulsory. Specialization in HR/Finance/Operations Management is desirable.
  • Additional qualifications and skills:
    • Candidates must be well versed with basic computer knowledge.
    • Respective Degree must be approved by AICTE/UGC and it should be fulltime.
    • Candidates must have minimum 55% (6 CGPA out of 10) in his/her respective degree.
    • The candidates should have good communication and presentation skills.
    • Preference will be given to Gujarat domicile
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum 10 years in handling Administration / HR/ General management activities in Manufacturing / Service sector.
    • Class II/Grade B or equivalent employees from Central Government, Quasi-Government, State Government, Semi Government and PSUs may also apply. Such employees shall be taken on Deputation [With relevant rules, as applicable] subject to final selection & clearance from the Competent Authority. Employees are encouraged to apply for the process without having to produce the NOC during the selection process.
    • Preference would be given to candidates with exposure to
    • fields such as mining and laboratories.
  • Age limit: Less than 55 years as on 01/01/2018

  • Final selection will be based on Interview.

GIL Recruitment Manger Eligibility Criteria

  • Assistant General Manager (GSWAN):
    • Educational Qualification: A degree of BE or B. Tech. in IT or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics or Electronics  and Communication or Computer Technology  from a  recognised university. Basic computer knowledge is  required. MBA preferred.  
    • Preferred certifications: Lead Auditor ISO27001/ITIL /CISA/CISM/PMP/PMI 
    • Required Profile: 
      • Should  have  an  experience  of  minimum  12  years  of  managing  large  scale  LAN/WAN/Metropolitan  Area Network/Data Centre Technology  
      • Should have expertise in: 
        • Network Designing, Planning, Management & Optimization  
        • Day to Day operation activity of large scale ICT infrastructure project. 
        • Coordination with various stakeholders for resolution of day to day issues 
        • Network protocols and industry standards 
        • Wi‐Fi/ Wireless and Active equipment/components 
        • Preparing road maps/concept paper/Network policies 
        • Managing security and network infrastructure like Firewall, IPS, Proxy, etc. 
        • Managing Building Management Systems, Access Control Systems, etc. 
        • Should have proper understanding of Cyber security 
      • Soft Skills:
        • Should possess managerial expertise with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English   
        • Ability to liaise with major/various stakeholders 
      • Remuneration: Pay  Band  15600  –  39100  (Grade  Pay  –  6600).  Approximate  Rs.  65,000/‐  CTC  per  month.  Annual increment 3%. The salary structure will increase as and when new policy decisions are taken. DA rates as per GIL’s  Policy.
  • Senior Manager (GSWAN)

      • Should have expertise in:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.  Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
  • Experience: Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre. He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years. He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. Should be well conversant with local language. Should have retired from Scale-III or above for RSETIs & Scale-II & above for FLCs. Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district.
  • Age limit: Maximum age limit is 65 years.

  • Selection will be on the basis on personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
